FAQs

  • You might not, but we do bring a lot of experience and expertise in helping clients figure out their why and what to do with digital (not the how). We bring new perspectives and ideas, and our process gives you a complete view of all of the client’s digital activities. This creates new opportunities and helps explain their decisions.

  • Our cost is separate to your cost, so we don’t really take any of the budget. In many instances, we grow budgets and help clients work out where to spend it. In all cases, we’re transparent.

  • We work with digital agencies all the time in a complementary way. Our focus is on the client’s business strategy and how to translate it into digital activities. We talk a similar language to digital agencies, but provide a very different service with very little overlap.

  • Yes, we have done that several times for digital agencies. Sometimes all it takes is an independent perspective to help everyone find a common goal that brings all parties together. There is also a real cost to the client to switch vendor, so we generally don’t recommend it. All vendors are good at what they do, that’s why they’re in business.

  • No. We don’t design or build digital products and services. It’s your client and you’re part of our process. Additionally, it also costs clients time and money to switch their digital providers, so we generally don’t recommend it unless both parties want it to happen.

  • You can recommend us whenever you want. It might be at the outset of a project or during early conversations, or as part of a pitch, or after a while of inactivity when you’re wondering what the client is up to. You’ll know when the moment is right.
