The challenge
Predator Free NZ Trust is a small private charitable organisation supporting New Zealanders in their efforts to control and eradicate introduced predators. Time-poor and on a tight budget they needed help to wrangle their data and understand how and where they should focus their efforts for maximum impact.
The solution
We collaborated with Predator Free through an in-depth exploration of all their different data sources. Our analysis helped to build a picture of how the organisation has performed to date, and identify the key trends, opportunities and risks to support them in their goal of working smarter, not harder! The team now has dashboards and regular data reporting in place to guide their work.
