The challenge
Powershop needed a new website that would enable them to more easily manage their content and acquire customers. During the process of evaluating options, we helped identify the need to refresh the strategy, technology and website in order to improve conversion.
The solution
Through workshops, insight interviews and analysis of Powershop data, we created a new approach for their website. Instead of shying away from trying to explain the complicated parts of Powershop’s ‘shopping’ proposition, we focussed on it and made the shop the hero of the website. We also determined a target conversion rate for the new website that was used to build the business-case for investment.
