The challenge
From out of Powershop, Flux Federation was born to develop the engaging software platform used to run energy retailers. As a new company, they needed a new website and strategic thinking to help create business opportunities in pursuit of global growth.
The solution
The project began with insight interviews, collaborative workshops and creative exploration in order to define Flux’s target customers and create the website strategy, proposition statement and roadmap for the future. We also worked with Flux’s preferred website partner to outline the vision and manage the rapid delivery of the new website.
